Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about The Zebra Club, from getting started to managing your membership.

Getting started

We recommend checking with your medical practitioner before starting any new exercise program. The platform is designed specifically for hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), and complements – rather than replaces – physiotherapy, pain management or specialist care. Your clinician can review our For Clinicians page.

Sessions run between 5 and 30 minutes, designed to fit around daily life rather than dominate it. Most members start with three sessions a week. The platform is built around capacity, not intensity – three short, well-chosen sessions will do more for a hypermobile body than one long, ambitious one.

You can complete many sessions with no equipment at all. For full access to the library, we recommend a stretch band and a small Pilates ball as the minimum – together typically £15–20. Some advanced sessions use a foam roller. Nothing requires gym membership or specialist machines.

Yes. The Zebra Club is designed for the full complexity of hypermobility-related conditions, including POTS, MCAS and ME/CFS. The platform includes an Autonomic Regulation structured pathway, supine-friendly sessions, and breathwork and nervous system practices built around pacing, not pushing. Members also have access to expert-led presentations covering POTS, MCAS and chronic fatigue specifically.

Yes. The Zebra Club includes a wide variety of routines that let you protect vulnerable areas while you keep moving. For example, people with cervical instability can work through routines lying down with the head supported, and those with painful wrists can access routines that avoid quadruped positions entirely.

Using the platform

Sessions are on-demand video and audio, available 24/7 through our iOS app, Android app, or web platform. We also run monthly live educational events with renowned hypermobility experts, plus optional live group clinics with Jeannie Di Bon. You practise at your own pace, on your own schedule, anywhere you have an internet connection.

The Zebra Club is a subscription. While your membership is active, you have full access to all content, pathways, live events, and community spaces. If you cancel, access ends at the end of your current billing period. Members on the Lifetime plan retain access for as long as the platform operates.

The Zebra Club is available on iOS, Android and any web browser. You can switch between devices without losing your place.

Membership and billing

Yes. Members can pause for up to 90 days per year, no questions asked. We built this for the reality of living with a fluctuating condition – flares, surgery recovery, life events. Pausing keeps your settings and progress; you simply pick up where you left off when you're ready to return.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), so you never lose access mid-pathway. You can cancel renewal anytime from your account settings – no email required, no retention call. Lifetime members make a single payment and never need to renew.

No. The IMM Live Clinic, Personalised Programs and Masterclass Series are annual add-ons: they last one year and do not renew automatically. Members who want to continue need to repurchase them.

Privacy and safety

We treat all member information confidentially and do not share data outside the platform. We are ORCHA approved — the NHS digital health assessment standard in the UK — which independently verifies our data handling, clinical safety and information governance. Full details are in our privacy policy.

You can cancel anytime with no notice required, directly from your account. If you're unsure where to start or how to progress, our community team can help you find the right pathway for your body. You can also pause your membership for up to 90 days if you need time away.
